16, 173cm,
havent grown significantly since 13, parents raised me vegan and on absolute slop until i was ~14, didnt sleep well during early puberty and had hella estrogen
not sure if my plates are closed or not, cba to fraud unless i really have to cus im too much of a pussy

Fraud, and try to do the opposite of what you did in the past years
Eat meat , drink milk and eat fruits
Sleep from 9-15h hours
Try to workout daily ( home workouts or swimming)
