I will be experimenting over the next couple of weeks to find out the way to live fulfilling and well each day (for myself, and I encourage you all find how to do this for your own individual needs too).
I believe for myself , each day I should have some work component, relaxation component, nature component, exercise component, entertainment component and a enjoyment componenent.
I think each day, if I satisfy each element, I will be fulfilled with my day, increasing wellbeing and decreasing stress and depressive tendencies.
I will update if anyone is interested.
Also note all things need to be in your control, I know from experience that if you want in your day a component that comes down to luck or some external factor you cannot control, you will be deeply unsatisfied as you will not feel you have completed everything you intended to each day
