I’m 16 just hit puberty mainly last year showing in my facial bones,body etc. I was around 5.8 last year and I’m now 5.9.5 now so still growing ( for reference my dads late bloomer genes didn’t make him 6-1 until his 20s and my moms 5-5) so far a pro trainer told me that I shouldn’t touch it til I’m 26 but I have people ik who’ve taken it that went from 6-0 to 6-3 in about a year
