Ascension 15M softmaxxing ascension

This is my softmaxing ascension so far. I you have any tips or things that im doing wrong advive would be aprieciated. Thx.
I took vitamins
- zinc
- K2 & d3
- ate extra calcium
- magnesium
- omega 3
Aplied minoxodil and massaged my brows.
Worn mouthtape when sleeping.
Grew my hair out.
Used vaseline on lips.
Worn sunscreen when outside.
Ate healthier (but didn't neccecerily have a fixed diet)

It looks great really, tbf your post showed me that looksmaxxing isn’t all about trainings and exercises or wtv(e. g. chin tucks) but rather what you consume. Just stay away from goyslop, it ruins you in every way.

Could you elaborate. I heard good suplements helps with bone growth and minoxodil defenetly helped my eyebrows.
They don't and definitely not too a seeable extend.Minoxidil effects topical aren't worth it for the price

this is grey ass advice but most of the minerals shit is cope long term it only grows your bones if you’re a tween or early teen . you don’t look horrible but you gotta do more than just the minimum for actual changes brah💔 you don’t have much forward growth going on which can be fixed if ur not far into puberty with simple chin exercises 3x20 a day of tucks and lifting ur head and opening-closing ur mouth till it hurts(lwk forgot the name lmao) and fixing that fuhass neck posture if you want results to be visible.if ur not broke , try see an orthodontist about a herbst appliance but if an ortho isn’t available or too expensive js invest in a mouth guard designed for sleep and nose tape instead of mouth tape ts is pure cope . i can’t rlly see ur brows much but they look quite light so i’d recommend dying them a dark brown if you’re going for a higher psl or dye them and trim into shape for more appeal . except for that there’s not much u can do rn g just track ur macros and make sure ur lytes are balanced and let puberty do its thing

"Psl look" 🥀🥀🥀 bruv😭. Plus i am 15 so its not cope. Openkng and closing my mouth till it hurts is just going to give me tmj and not gonna do shit for bonegrowth. I appreciate your attempt at helping me but do a bit more research before giving people shit advice.

“shit advice” brother ur 15 looking 12. i’d rather have tmj instead of a mandible recessed to my zygos like u brah ur quite clearly a new gen so ima treating u like one would u rather be told to DNR or sum🫩💔
 
NOt knowing what psl is and calling me a new gen is crazy. Heres some explanation behing my reasoning. Instead of just telling people to have a shit diet and just open and close their mouths so magic bone growth will appear.Tbh you should be banned for spreading misinformation.
DIET:

Zinc

  • Supports testosterone, immunity, skin, and wound healing
  • Target 8–11 mg per day
  • Best sources: red meat, eggs, dairy, pumpkin seeds



Vitamin D3

  • Supports hormones, mood, immunity, and calcium absorption
  • Target 1000–2000 IU daily if sun exposure is low
  • Best sources: sunlight, fatty fish, egg yolks
Magnesium


  • Supports sleep, muscle recovery, nerves, and heart health
  • Target 300–400 mg daily
  • Best sources: dark chocolate 70%+, nuts, seeds, spinach
Calcium


  • Essential for bones, teeth, and muscle contraction
  • Target 1000–1300 mg daily
  • Best sources: milk, yogurt, cheese, sardines
Protein


  • Essential for muscle growth, recovery, hormones
  • Target 1.6–2.2 g per kg bodyweight if training
  • Best sources: eggs, chicken, beef, fish, dairy
Vitamin K2


  • Helps direct calcium into bones instead of arteries
  • Common intake range 90–120 mcg
  • Best sources: egg yolks, cheese, natto
